Terms of Service
Last updated: August 6, 2026
These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with caseify. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them.
Who we are
caseify is operated by ABN 76 542 100 491, based in Canberra, Australia.
Orders and pricing
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance — the contract forms when we dispatch your case.
- We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full, including where an item is mispriced, out of stock, or the artwork breaches these terms.
- We try to keep prices and product details accurate, but errors happen. If a mistake affects your order we will contact you before proceeding.
Your artwork
This is the part that matters most for a custom-print product.
You keep ownership
You keep all rights in the artwork you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce, adapt and print it solely to produce and deliver your order, and to keep a copy for reprints and fault resolution as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not use your artwork to promote caseify without asking you first.
You confirm you are allowed to use it
When you upload artwork you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that printing it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trade mark, or other rights. This includes photographs taken by someone else, band and sports logos, cartoon and film characters, brand marks, and images generated by an AI tool where you do not hold the necessary rights.
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or cost arising from artwork you supply.
What we will not print
We may refuse or cancel any order, at our discretion, where the artwork:
- infringes someone else's intellectual property;
- is sexually explicit, or sexualises a minor;
- promotes hatred or violence against a person or group;
- is defamatory, harassing, or targets a private individual;
- depicts another person without their consent; or
- is unlawful in Australia.
If we refuse an order on these grounds we will refund you in full. We do not pre-screen every design, so acceptance of an order is not confirmation that artwork is lawful or licensed.
How your case will look
The studio preview is an accurate guide, not an exact match. Screens vary in colour, and printed ink on a physical case will never be identical to a backlit display. Slight variation in colour, and a small tolerance in print position, are normal and are not faults. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains what does count as a fault.
Cases are cut for the exact phone model you select. Please check your model carefully — a case cut for a different model is not a fault.
Website content
The caseify name, logo, site design, photographs and copy belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. You may not scrape the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
Accounts and communication
If you create an account, keep your login details secure — you are responsible for activity under it. We will email you about your orders; marketing emails only go to people who opted in, and every one can be unsubscribed from.
Liability
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing here limits those rights. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, we do so, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage caused by misuse, accident, ordinary wear and tear, or by a case being used outside its intended purpose. A phone case reduces the risk of damage; it does not guarantee your phone will survive a drop.
Privacy
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
